Intracoastal Builders Corporation recently completed parking, landscaping, sidewalk, and site improvements as part of the City of Jacksonville Renew Arlington program for American Plumbing on Arlington Road. Property Owners in the Community Redevelopment Area and Redevelopment Plan for three major commercial corridors within the Arlington community - University Boulevard, and Merrill and Arlington roads are eligible for financial assistance from the City of Jacksonville for completing these upgrades to their property in eligible areas. Intracoastal Builders Corporation is available to assist Property Owners through the process with the City of Jacksonville from initial design, through budgeting, to construction.
